CHARLESTON, SC May 13, 2010 – Computer Directions, LLC, Managing Partner Victor Boudolf, III, was named one of Charleston's 'forty under forty' at an event sponsored by the Charleston Regional Business Journal to recognize young professionals who have demonstrated a commitment to business and community service.

"I'm excited to receive this award because it gives me a chance to promote the growing software industry in Charleston" said Boudolf. "There were several software companies represented this year. Charleston is a great environment for software."

A native of Charleston, Boudolf returned to the city and joined Computer Directions, LLC, in 2004 to manage marketing, sales, and customer service. "If there's anything I've learned through my experience in the software industry, it's that you're selling service and support. You have to think of it as a total solution, not just a product."

Boudolf received his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Clemson University in 1994, and a Master's from the University of Georgia in Artificial Intelligence in 1996. He went on to work for a number of software companies in Atlanta, GA, most notably SciHealth, Inc., a software startup in the healthcare industry that was recently purchased by Mediware, Inc.

Outside of work, Boudolf is also involved with the community. He is Vice-President of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra Gospel Choir, participates in the local .NET user group and the Technology User Group, is a member of the Charleston Digital Corridor, and is involved with John Wesley United Methodist Church.
